Warranty Policy

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact sales@engelinnovation.com,  Engel Innovation offers a 24 month warranty from time of purchase for the following:

  • Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product

  • Any defects in workmanship under normal use

  • Any broken components under normal use

Photo/Video evidence will be requested to prove the fault along with original proof of purchase. Replacements or repairs will only be given within the warranty period. Engel Innovation reserves the right to not grant warranty claims that it believes to be false, misleading, or malicious.

Product Use & Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Engel Innovation shall not be held liable for any damages to property or injuries to persons arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
